Our organisation is seeking a Depositary Oversight Officer, responsible for overseeing investment monitoring activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Description of Responsibilities:
* Servicing clients through effective management of team members to ensure all fund types comply with client restrictions, including sophisticated derivatives.
* Timely completion of tasks delegated by senior officers.
* Auditing prospectuses and financial statements in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
* Evaluating employee performance against key objectives.
