We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional guest experiences as our Meetings & Events Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales executives, collaborate with colleagues on proactive sales strategy, and nurture existing and secure new opportunities following a structured sales process.
* Promote awareness and lead conversion of corporate conferences, small and large meetings, weddings, and special events through effective partnerships and marketing efforts.
* Work closely with industry partners and stakeholders to identify new opportunities in line with the hotel's strategy and wider business goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, collaborating with other departments, and identifying new opportunities in their market.
