Key Responsibilities
* Project Setup & Planning: Assist the Project Manager with programmes, schedules, site establishment, change management, and method/risk assessments.
* Construction Coordination: Manage sub-contractors, resources, and short-term programmes to ensure productivity and timely deliveries.
* Team & Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with supervisors, trades, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain smooth workflows.
* Health & Safety Management: Lead toolbox talks, audits, inspections, and enforce HSEQ standards and safe work practices.
* Quality Assurance: Oversee QA/QC processes, inspections, snagging, and documentation to achieve zero defects.
* Project Close-Out: Support commissioning, testing, final documentation, demobilisation, and project handover activities.
Requirements
* Recognised Electrical trade qualification with 5+ years site management experience, ideally on electrical design & build projects.
* Safety and environmental management certifications (IOSH, NEBOSH) preferred; PICW Level A an advantage.
* Strong technical, planning, and organisational skills with deep understanding of project constructability.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities for senior-level meetings, workshops, and large audiences.
* High commercial awareness with the ability to build strategic relationships and manage stakeholders.
* Self-motivated leader capable of managing multiple projects and building high-performing teams.
