The Team
SHEIN's European logistics team is committed to working with our logistics suppliers to provide satisfactory logistics services to our customers.
Job Responsibilities
* Responsible for the daily on-site operation management, collaborating with 3PL partner to achieve production capacity;
* Responsible for building and optimizing the warehouse operating systems and operating processes to ensure the quality and efficiency;
* Responsible for the formulation, confirmation and implementation of key operation indicators, and effectively implement operation management and standards;
* Reasonably allocate jobs, operating procedures for different type of warehouses and other resources, continuously monitor and reduce operating costs;
* Responsible for the implementation of the on-site 6S work and the promotion of lean production concepts;
* Responsible for monitoring all aspects of operation, implementing and managing warehouse expansion project, reporting in time and formulating solutions;
* Responsible for communication and coordination with other departments to promote problem solving and implement external projects;
* Responsible for performing other work as assigned from line manager.
Job Requirements
* Undergraduate degree or above;
* More than 3 years working experience in warehouse operation management, familar to the operation mode of oversea warehouse;
* Possess good systematic thinking ability, data analysis ability, understand the complexity of things, adapt new business changes and have a sense of the big picture;
* Proficiency in using Excel, Word, PPT and other office software;
* Have a strong sense of responsibility, executive ability and teamwork awareness, and have good communication and learning skills.
