We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to identify fundamental issues, and excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing coaching on policies, supporting employee relations, and maintaining HR systems. Additionally, they will manage data extraction/reporting in Workday, generate insights, and ensure data accuracy.
Key responsibilities include:
* HR Operations & Compliance: Provide coaching on policies, support employee relations, and maintain HR systems.
* HR Systems & Data Management: Manage data extraction/reporting in Workday, generate insights, and ensure data accuracy.
* Employee Engagement & Program Support: Assist with surveys, programs, and communications.
* Offboarding Administration: Facilitate exit processes and interviews.
