Board Member with Human Resources experience and willing to support the Board and Management team.
This will include providing support regarding HR policies and procedures and their implementation
Role Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic guidance on human resources policies, programs, and initiatives.
* Ensure alignment of HR practices with organisational goals and values.
* Review and assess workforce diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
* Oversee compliance with employment law, regulations, and ethical standards.
Board meetings occur once a month. Approx two hours. Treo Port Lairge also operates a number of sub committees.
