Ecommerce Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team.
* To drive online sales and revenue growth, you will develop and implement a successful Ecommerce strategy, delivering key commercial decisions and optimizing the usability, design, content, and conversion of our company website.
* You will lead all online activity: sales, conversion, traffic acquisition, A/B testing, reporting, and be responsible for week-by-week online sales performance for each brand category through each Ecommerce channel.
* A key contact for all technical issues related to the website, you will liaise accordingly with the website/software developer and manage onsite merchandising and cross selling spaces.
* You will work closely with other areas of the business in driving profit, traffic, and identifying new web ideas, define requirements, create project proposals, and assist in securing the appropriate resources required to deliver them successfully.
* You will also audit and check site regularly to update content as needed, use web analytics to gain insight and action changes to support the growth of the business and performance of the site, and increase the brands visibility using SEOs to drive online sales and customer engagement.
* The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, experience in data analysis, and ability to make key commercial decisions based on data insights.
* They will also have strong leadership skills, able to lead cross-functional teams, and excellent communication skills, able to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
