Key Responsibilities:
* Business partner between finance function and Operations on overheads and capex budgets.
* Support manufacturing cost and standard cost systems with the controlling team.
* Assist in preparation of annual financial plans.
* Determine actual costs for the site to control expenditures and establish production costs.
* Prepare monthly variance analysis and commentary.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for:
* Providing input on forecasting process by analysing trends and patterns.
* Creating new product costing and participating in new product development teams.
* Assisting Head of Finance & Purchasing with various other duties relating to costing, reporting and financial planning.
Required Skills:
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Highly organised and proactive mindset.
* Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
* Qualified CIMA/ACCA/CPA.
* Minimum 3-5 years post qualified experience.
* Industry experience advantageous.
