Change Governance consultant, Transfer Agency/Investor Services Limerick- Hybrid 3 days in the office 12 months One of our large financial clients is current yl looking for an experienced TransferAgency, change governance consultant, Reporting to the Head of Investor Services, the Change Governance Consultant will be responsible for managing and overseeing change initiatives within the Investor Services group. The roles main priorities are to strengthen governance frameworks, implement robust change management practices, and ensure all change activities support the strategic objectives of Investor Services. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dynamic team focused on delivering best-in-class investor servicing through effective change management. Key responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain change governance frameworks, policies, and procedures tailored to the Investor Services organization. Manage and coordinate change initiatives, ensuring alignment with Investor Services strategic priorities and regulatory requirements. Lead the adoption of change management practices within the group, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, and risk mitigation. Facilitate governance forums and change advisory boards, ensuring transparent decision-making and effective communication across teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and manage risks and dependencies associated with change. Monitor and report on change activities, outcomes, and key performance indicators to the Head of Investor Services and senior management. Drive continuous improvement in change governance processes, leveraging feedback and data to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. Provide expert guidance and support to Investor Services teams on change management best practices and governance requirements. Represent Investor Services in internal and external forums, promoting a culture of accountability, compliance, and operational excellence. Manage and maintain procedures, checklists, and policies to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across Investor Services. Skills/ Qualifications: Change management, governance, or risk management within financial services or a regulated environment. Strong understanding of change governance frameworks, methodologies, and industry standards. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience facilitating governance forums and managing stakeholder relationships. Strong results orientation and performance management success. Experience in Investor Services or fund administration is an advantage.
