About the Role
This is a 12-month contract position based in Dublin. The Utilities Engineer will be responsible for managing GxP and non-GxP related service provider contracts, ensuring the facility is maintained in a GMP state and audit ready.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage GxP and non-GxP related service provider contracts supporting site operations
* Maintain the facility in a GMP state and ensure it is audit ready
* Conduct safety, quality, and non-quality investigations associated with service delivery from service providers
* Provide facilities technical support and oversight to the site projects team
* Budget management and optimisation of services delivered
* Help manage a varied scope of maintenance and provisions such as lab supplies and service support
Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline
* Extensive experience in providing technical expertise on an operating site
* Strong leadership, performance management, and employee development skills
* GMP experience and safety knowledge an advantage
* Strong project management skills (budget tracking, schedule development and adherence, project reporting)
* Familiarity with manufacturing environments an advantage
* Demonstrated communication, administrative, and leadership skills with ability to work well with other departments and lead in a team environment
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to understand, implement, and monitor regulatory and safety guidelines applicable to the pharmaceutical industry
