Supply Chain Demand Planning Manager – Dublin
Atrium (EMEA) is seeking an experienced Demand Planning Manager to support both local and global supply chain operations. The role involves market demand planning, in-market management, coordination, and communication for designated markets and customers. Responsibilities include preparing and leading Demand Consensus Meetings, supporting Market S&OPs and S&OE processes. This is a 12-month contract with a pay rate of €44.41 per hour, requiring 50% onsite presence.
Minimum Requirements
* Extensive experience in Pharmaceutical or Consumer industries
* Demand Planning expertise, familiar with processes, ERP, and leading practices in advanced systems
* Understanding of financial concepts (P&L, Budget) and key drivers affecting operations
* Knowledge of Forecasting and Demand Planning KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, MAPE)
* Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP BW, and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel)
* Familiarity with cGMP, FDA regulations, or similar regulatory environments
* Basic operational knowledge of Logistics, Warehousing, and Transportation
* Understanding of compliance procedures (regulatory, financial, EHS)
* Strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
* Customer-oriented mindset and cultural sensitivity in global business practices
