Job Title: Digital Business Development Representative
Responsibilities:
* Engage with targeted leads to identify digital business opportunities and develop tailored activity plans to maximize time in the field.
* Cultivate and close business deals for a diverse range of services and solutions by establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Lead multiple concurrent engagements from both a business and customer relationship perspective, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
* Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest digital market trends to present cutting-edge solutions to clients.
Key Experience and Skills:
* A minimum of 5 years of proven sales, business development, and account management experience in a field-based role.
* Demonstrated expertise in professional and consultative sales techniques.
* Exceptional ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, driving revenue growth and satisfaction.
* Proven track record of managing a diverse client base and closing high-value business opportunities.
* Strong customer-facing skills and exceptional communication abilities, including negotiation and influence at all levels of seniority.
* Familiarity with digital communication technologies, such as AV, video conferencing, and digital signage, is highly desirable.
* A deep understanding of our product set and ability to translate that into client needs would be a significant asset.
