Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join a team within the food manufacturing sector.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales, retail, or food service who is looking to build a career in business development and account management within the food industry.
The successful candidate will support sales activities by managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting a portfolio of food offerings to retail and food service clients across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and management of relationships with retail and food service customers.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across retail, hospitality, and food service sectors.
Conduct client visits and product presentations to support sales growth.
Assist in managing existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and marketing to ensure efficient order fulfilment and delivery.
Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM records, and account documentation.
Support promotional activities, trade shows, and product launches as required.
Requirements:
1–3 years' experience in sales, retail, food service, or hospitality.
Strong interest in the food manufacturing or FMCG sector.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly motivated, organised, and eager to learn.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
Full clean driving licence required.
Experience working with retail stores, wholesalers, or food service clients.
Knowledge of the Irish FMCG or food distribution market.
Qualification in business, sales, marketing, or hospitality.
