The Role
At Weir and Sons, we are currently looking for an experienced eCommerce Executive to join the team.
eCommerce Executive ensure accuracy in products data entry, respond to incoming customer queries and process orders including returns.
As eCommerce Executive you will:
* Upload products to the website, which includes writing a product description and uploading images
* Merchandise the site, create banners and new webpages
* Process and fulfil online orders in a timely manner
* Liaise with brands on their latest launches and campaigns for website updates and content creation
* Process online returns, refunds, check stock levels and conduct daily stock control reports
* Assist customers with daily queries and provide excellent customer support by email, webchat and phone
About you
* Excellent customer service skills (1- 2 years in a retail or customer facing role are required)
* Previous experience using any eCommerce platform processing orders and uploading products
* Excellent organisational skills to juggle several tasks at once across different platforms
* Creative person with strong English language
* Attention to detail
* Excellent use of Microsoft Office
* Excellent desktop/laptop computer (PC) skills
* Ability to work in an office as part of a team
* Team player, willing to contribute to a growing team
* Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
Desirable skills
* Previous experience creating emails and blogs
* Previous experience creating banners
* Previous experience with Adobe/ Magento eCommerce platform
* Google Analytics
