With a strong nationwide presence, they serve both professional tradespeople and DIY customers, providing top-tier products and expert service. They are now seeking a Plumbing & Heating Supervisor to be based in Kildare.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and support the Heating and Plumbing Sales team.
Ensure customer enquiries are processed and followed up efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
Coordinate with suppliers to manage product sourcing and deliveries.
Work closely with External Sales Representatives to ensure accurate order processing.
Foster long-term customer loyalty through relationship building.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of heating and plumbing products.
Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized accounting systems is an advantage.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Excellent attention to detail.
