Payroll Management Position
We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a key role in managing payroll operations for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient processing of payroll for approximately 300 employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Maintaining and updating payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and taxes, while guaranteeing compliance with all relevant laws and regulations is crucial.
A key aspect of this role is supervising and motivating payroll staff to achieve exceptional results, fostering a productive work environment.
Addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees promptly and professionally, providing clear and concise information, is essential.
The ideal candidate will prepare comprehensive payroll reports and collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations and continuous improvement of the process.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in Payroll management
* A working knowledge of compensation and benefits, including payroll software such as Megapay and Workday
* Excellent attention to detail, clear communication skills, and time management abilities
