Key Results Area Assist with multiple projects relating to Global Partnerships, including operational support on areas such as golf, outdoor activities, access, and trade and industry B2 B opportunities.
Administrative support including liaising between markets, Fáilte Ireland, Tourism Northern Ireland and island of Ireland industry partners.
Support the Global Partnerships team in the planning and organisation of various workshops, meetings and B2 B events.
Support the Global Partnerships team with various administrative duties including, updating MARS, research, reporting, and general team admin support as required.
Undertake designated special projects supporting the project lead.
Represent Tourism Ireland at various industry, stakeholder and corporate events.
Ensure full compliance with Tourism Ireland's corporate governance, GDPR, financial and HR policies and procedures.
Ensure all activity is fully recorded and evaluated on MARS.
Such other duties as the company may from time to time reasonably require.
The Person The successful Intern will possess the following skills, experience and competencies.
Essential Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (all disciplines will be considered).
Must be returning to finish studies after the completion of the placement.
The legal right to live and work on the island of Ireland for the full duration of the programme.
Fluent English, both oral and written, is required.
