We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to lead our luxury hotel's revenue strategy and performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market, including guest behaviours and revenue optimisation strategies.
Job Description
The Revenue Manager will be responsible for taking full ownership of pricing, inventory management, and market analysis to drive financial performance. This includes leading the daily revenue management function, developing and implementing dynamic pricing strategies, and monitoring market trends and competitor pricing.
The Revenue Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies and achieve business goals. They will also lead and mentor the reservations team to support revenue targets.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to develop and implement revenue management strategies.
* Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions.
* Analyse data from STR and Lighthouse reporting tools to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
* A professional qualification in revenue management.
* Extensive experience as a Revenue Manager or in a senior revenue management role, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with leading revenue management systems and tools.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Familiarity with HotSoft, SynXis, D-Edge, Avvio/SHR, and Revinate is highly desirable.
