An opportunity has arisen for Full Time Experienced Travel Agents to join our team at Club Travel, one of Ireland’s most respected Travel Agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Providing Travel Management Services to our client base.
Booking Flights, Hotels, Car Hire, Rail, and other services.
Conversing with your client by phone and email.
Seek feedback from your client to continuously improve the service.
Ideal Candidate
Experience in GDS, preferably Amadeus.
At least 18 months experience in travel, selling package holidays.
Passion for Travel.
A strong client focus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent English.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good organisational skills.
An ability to work in a busy and demanding environment and to work well as part of a team.
A positive can-do attitude and customer-friendly approach.
