Senior Legal Advisor
The role involves providing strategic guidance to commercial teams on legal matters.
* Advise key decision makers on documentation implications and provide guidance on contentious disputes.
* Oversee external solicitors and costs associated with large commercial projects.
* Collaborate with the Group Head of Legal and other business areas to ensure progress and input.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in general commercial and property law.
* Experience working in an in-house role, confident in advising on complex matters without external counsel.
* Excellent communication skills, proactive approach to risk management, and ability to balance legal risk and business priorities.
