About the Role
Our client is looking for a Senior Setting Out Engineer to join their residential development projects in Westmeath.
You will ensure that all elements of the project are accurately laid out according to design specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Perform precise setting out for foundations, structures, and services
Supervise junior engineers and surveyors on site
Liaise with Site Managers and contractors to ensure accuracy
Review and verify drawings and reports
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with technical standards
Requirements
Proven experience in setting out residential or commercial projects
Strong understanding of construction drawings and surveying techniques
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Relevant engineering or surveying qualification
