BAYADA Home Health Care is recruiting Registered Nurses to deliver one‑to‑one care to children with complex needs in their homes across Westmeath. The role focuses on quality care, clinical excellence and meaningful connections outside the hospital setting.
Responsibilities
Provide personalized, compassionate one-to-one nursing care to children with complex paediatric needs in their homes.
Support families and children with clinical care, education and care planning in a home environment.
Maintain quality and consistency of care with nurse-led team support.
Collaborate with the clinical team and other professionals to ensure safe, effective care.
Shift Schedule & Location
Shift options vary by site.
Athlone – 8‑hour night shifts, Monday‑Sunday.
Mullingar, Co. Westmeath – 3 × 8‑hour night shifts.
Delvin – Day shifts Monday‑Saturday, 7:00 am‑3:00 pm; Night shifts Monday‑Saturday, 8‑hour night shifts.
Requirements
Current NMBI registration (RCN, RGN or RNID).
Minimum 1 year acute paediatric or relevant experience.
Up‑to‑date mandatory training in line with NMBI requirements.
Full eligibility to work in Ireland without sponsorship.
Passion for delivering compassionate, person‑centred care to children in the community.
