As a key member of the store leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the guest experience and driving business results. The Assistant Manager role is responsible for leading and coaching team members, holding them accountable to results, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience in the store.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for retail management and a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams. You will be responsible for creating and fostering a respectful and inclusive team environment, supporting ongoing learning and development, and engaging in career discussions to support team understanding of their career and personal growth.
You will work closely with the Store Manager to plan and prepare team member schedules, establish supportive and productive relationships with team members, and collaborate with others to ensure an optimal guest experience that values guests' time and supports store operations.
