We are seeking dedicated and compassionate
Qualified Healthcare Assistants
to join our team across various locations in Ireland.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals, promoting their well-being and independence.
Pay Rates:
€***** to €***** per hour (Monday to Saturday)
€***** to €***** per hour (Sundays)
€***** to €***** per hour (Public Holidays)
Travel Allowance: €***** per hour (pro rata) while travelling between calls
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being
Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients
Maintain accurate records of care provided
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care
Requirements
Qualifications:
Qualified Healthcare Assistants or equivalent with at least one year of professional experience
Full EU driving license is required; ideally, candidates should have their own car.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
