The Role:
You will be responsible for the efficient and friendly operation of the front of house, supervision of the salon team while coordinating the clients visit to the salons in a warm and professional manner.
Our ideal candidate will:
* Have prior experience working in a hairdressing or beauty environment
* Be passionate about delivering excellence in all aspects of the role
* Have high standards in relation to being the first point of contact and the first impression of the salon for new and existing clients
* Strive to ensure that our clients receive a consistently excellent service during every visit
* Be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills with clients and team alike
* Take pride in their appearance and presentation appropriate for reception in a salon
* Have cash management experience
* Be actively involved in achieving and motivating the team on reaching and exceeding salon targets
* Have a genuine interest in business goals and the beauty/fashion industry
* Demonstrate strong sales skills and an interest in our retail products
* Thrive on working under pressure
* Be computer literate
