Mullingar Regional Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled Temporary Physiotherapist (Staff Grade) to join our dynamic healthcare team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients, promoting recovery, and enhancing physical health and well-being.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for patients with diverse conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient care.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle modifications.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
Registration with CORU
Proven experience in a clinical physiotherapy setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Proficiency in developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
