9.25 hrs p/w; Sun 12:30 - 18:00; Sat 09:00 - 13:00
Responsibilities
* Customer Service - deliver an exceptional customer experience, help customers find the perfect product, and assist with completing purchases at the till
* Brand Bra Experience - provide our brand bra fitting experience with expert advice on size and suitable styles
* Visual Merchandising - own the merchandising and presentation of products, help customers find items and highlight options they may not have considered
* Store Standards - maintain store standards front and back, manage deliveries, replenishment, support loss prevention, and adhere to health & safety procedures

* Passion for retail and creating unique customer experiences
* Desire to learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge
* Ability to build valued relationships with team and customers
* Team player who is flexible, supportive and contributes to a positive environment
* Comfort with a busy, fast-paced environment and ability to handle multiple tasks
