Business Development Manager – SaaS Sales
I'm currently working with an international HR & payroll technology business that is growing its sales team in Ireland.
They're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to focus on winning new business across payroll, HR and workforce management solutions.
This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, developing pipeline and managing the
full sales cycle in a consultative SaaS environment.

The role
You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities within the startup and enterpr.
market, selling a portfolio of HR, payroll and workforce management solutions.
This is a full sales cycle role with a strong focus on relationship building, prospecting and consultative selling.
You'll work closely with internal teams while managing your own pipeline and customer conversations from first outreach through to close.
What they're looking for
1+ years experience in SaaS, HR tech, payroll or solution sales
Strong new business mindset
Experience managing a full sales cycle
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Self-starter who enjoys working towards targets
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
Key responsibilities
Generate and develop new business opportunities
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Understand customer challenges and position suitable solutions
Manage sales conversations through to close
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
Work collaboratively with delivery and support teams
Attend networking and industry events where relevant
