Your role will involve; reviewing the details of customer complaints and respond to them with a view to resolve the most straight forward promptly. Escalate those that require further investigation. Follow through on the process and report weekly on progress via the system. Identify trends in reports, make suggestions to improve on the process. Ensure regulations are adhered to, and quality metrics are achieved.
