In this pivotal role, you will be a key player in aligning innovative digital marketing strategies with cutting-edge technology solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.
Responsibilities:
* Take on complex business challenges, utilizing research and business assessment to define problems, generate innovative ideas, identify opportunities, and recommend actionable next steps.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify and address challenges and goals related to digital marketing.
* Develop comprehensive solutions and roadmaps that leverage the full power of marketing cloud platforms.
* Design and implement data-driven customer experiences that drive business outcomes.
* Construct future-state customer journey strategies and develop long-term IT roadmaps for clients.
* Assist clients with discovery, analysis, and strategic solution recommendations centered on data activation.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a similar role such as solution engineering, digital marketing, or customer success with salesforce technology or technical consulting.
* A strong technical understanding of data-driven solutions, including knowledge of salesforce data 360 and a clear understanding of how to leverage customer data platforms.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuasively present complex technical and data-centric concepts to a variety of audiences.
* Fluency in english is required; fluency in german is highly desirable.
