What You'll Do
Define and execute the
Advanced Analytics strategy
across the organization
Establish governance, standards, and validated digital tools that enable a sustainable global operating model
Partner with leaders to identify opportunities for digital solutions that reduce compliance risk and improve efficiency
Build and deploy complex analytical models that accelerate insights and improve decision-making
Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and lead their responsible integration into quality operations
Drive structured organizational change and develop a network of digital ambassadors
Define KPIs and performance frameworks for meaningful impact and scale
Promote talent development, capability building, and a digital-first mindset
What You Bring
We're looking for a leader with a rare combination of strategic vision, technical depth, and real-world delivery experience.
You'll succeed if you have:
A strong track record in
data, digital, and AI strategy development and execution
Experience leading the design and implementation of tech-enabled business transformation (preferably within MedTech environment)
Hands-on delivery experience from concept to scaled adoption
Expertise across
Machine Learning, Generative AI
, and experimentation at scale
Experience with
data governance, domain ownership, and analytics frameworks
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions
A mindset focused on innovation, value creation, and impact
Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Data Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
10+ years of leadership experience leading complex projects in the area of data analytics in a matrix environment
