Healthwave is recruiting a Pharmacy Operations Assistant to join our team at Dundrum Town Centre (Dublin 16). This is a back-of-house role supporting our pharmacy team with online order fulfilment, stock organisation, and customer communications—helping ensure patients across Ireland receive their medicines and healthcare products quickly and accurately.Important:This role is based in our back-of-house online fulfilment area and is ideal for someone who prefers operational work rather than front-of-house retail.Working HoursMonday to FridayShifts fall within business hours 8:00am–6:00pmUp to 40 hours per weekFlexible start and finish times available, including flexibility around childcare commitmentsPlease ensure you can comfortably commute to our Dundrum location within these hours.
