This role reports directly into our Directors and involves resourcing candidates for our clients and developing new client relationships.
* Develop key accounts by building strong relationships with clients
* Search for suitable Tech candidates who match our clients' requirements
* Headhunt and network on professional platforms to find top talent
* Create job adverts and post them online
* Telephone interview candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles
* Arrange interviews for candidates and liaise with them during this time
* Making job offers to suitable candidates and handling rejections
* Take references and collate relevant supporting documents
* Build a strong talent pipeline by maintaining relationships with candidates
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build long-lasting professional relationships and handle difficult conversations. They should also be proactive, independent thinkers with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
