Senior Product Test Development Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop High Performance Test solutions to allow first Silicon verification, Characterisation, Yield Analysis, Qualifications (AECQ100) and Release to the Manufacturing Test Site.
* Contribute to Design for Testability (DFT) & Build In Self Test (BIST) definitions and development, in order to reduce Full Factory Cost (FFC) and improve testability.
* Development of Multi-Site, cost optimized production solutions at Wafer Probe and Final Test.
* Engaging and supporting offshore sites, to coordinate AECQ100 Qualifications, maintain production yield and high quality.
* Close engagement with Design, Bench Evaluation and Application Engineers.
* Manage and maintain project schedules that align with the product release date.
Qualifications/Experience
* Bachelor's degree with significant Electronic engineering or equivalent. Ideally 5 years’ experience in Mixed Signal/RF Test Development is preferable.
* The ideal candidate should have a sound practical knowledge of analog and digital electronics, and show initiative in identifying and solving technical problems.
* Proficiency in C, C++ and/or Visual Basic.
* Mixed Signal/High Speed PCB design is essential.
* Teradyne Flex/Catalyst experience in developing mixed signal applications.
* Demonstrated ability to work at a high level of performance, independently and in teams.
* Experience in any of the following areas is desired: Oscillators, Bandgaps, LDOs, Temp Sensors, ADC Test techniques, NVM (Nonvolatile Memory), Microcontrollers, Scan.
