Role title: Wellness Product Manager Company: Vhi Health & Wellbeing Dublin Vhi has partnered with a leading wellness platform provider to enable the provision of wellness services at scale, enhance our corporate proposition and better understand the health risks across our membership. The role will be the primary advocate for digital wellness and responsible for shaping and executing its vision and strategy to drive long-term customer engagement with the product. The role will be responsible for the continuous development of digital wellness services in Vhi ensuring long-term success and alignment with our corporate wellness proposition.Role PurposeEnsure we optimise its capability to align with business objectives and drive sustained member engagement with the product.Be responsible for ensuring we achieve sustained member engagement and satisfaction levels with the product.Manage senior internal stakeholder group assigned to ensuring the product succeeds.Ensure its content is tailored for the Irish market taking into consideration the multinational component of the Irish employee population. Own the product roadmap ensuring business objectives are achieved.Be the vendor relationship manager setting KPI's, monitoring SLA's and managing risk, also coordinating activities between the provider and various areas within Vhi.Manage the business plan for the product and digital wellness budget.Manage its operational governance, KPI's and ensure compliance with internal control functions. Manage administration rights and configuration activities with the vendor. Manage analytics requirements for Vhi, enabling the capture of data to meet business requirements. Design and manage the rewards programme to ensure sustained engagement with the product. Education & ExperienceThird-level degree in Digital Health, Health Informatics, Health Promotion, Population Health, or a relevant field.5 years demonstrated experience in wellness programme delivery, specifically developing and delivering wellness propositions (strategy, go-to-market planning, customer engagement).Strong understanding of employee workplace wellbeing and the successful delivery of health programmes or scalable preventative health solutions.Commercially focused with an ability to leverage health data and analytics to address challenges within the health insurance sector.Proven experience managing complex third-party provider relationships in the health and wellness area.Excellent influencing, written, and oral communication skills, with confidence presenting strategic vision to senior leaders.Ability to understand and anticipate wellness and technology trends and proficiency with relevant configuration/reporting tools.Skills and AbilitiesExcellent influencing and relationship building skills.Excellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent presentation skills and confidence to present to senior leadersDemonstrated alignment to the Vhi values.
