This role is central to strategic planning, forecasting, and optimisation of multi-site restaurant operations.Key Responsibilities:Conduct advanced data analysis to optimise forecasting, procurement, and logistics.Design and implement supply chain strategies to reduce cost and increase efficiency.Manage digital inventory control systems and ERP integrations.Analyse supplier performance and negotiate improvements.Develop reporting dashboards and KPIs to support executive decision-making.Support long-term strategic planning for multi-site expansion.Requirements:Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or related field.Minimum 2–3 years' professional experience in supply chain or operations analysis.Demonstrated expertise in advanced data analysis (Excel, SQL, or BI tools).Strong understanding of forecasting, logistics, and ERP systems.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to operate strategically in a fast-paced, multi-site business.Job Type: Full-timePay: €34,000.00-€36,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
