We are working with a well-established organisation based in Santry, Dublin 9 who are seeking an Administrator for a 6-week temporary assignment. This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting a busy Housing and Property team, offering excellent exposure across administration, customer service, maintenance coordination, and stakeholder engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys a diverse role, is highly organised, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while acting as a key point of contact within a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Housing team and senior management
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and email enquiries
Support housing operations including tenant account monitoring, reporting, and record management
Assist with preparation of reports and documentation for internal committees and regulatory submissions
Coordinate and log maintenance requests, generate work orders, and track completion of repairs
Maintain accurate records for contractors, compliance certificates, and service contracts
Support finance administration including rent tracking, payment processing, and system updates
Manage complaints logs and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
Assist with office administration including filing, stationery management, and general support duties
Support communications including newsletters, social media updates, and marketing materials
Maintain and update internal systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in an administrative or business support role
Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
Strong IT skills, including MS Office; experience with CRM or property management systems is an advantage
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or departments is desirable
Exposure to housing, property, or facilities environments is beneficial but not essential
