About the Role
A Charlotte Tilbury Stock Controller is a true operator. They thrive on operational excellence and ensuring our stock processes are managed as smoothly as possibly. They know time is of the essence – and how high demand our product is for our customer. They work behind the scenes to make magic happen whether it is processing deliveries, maintaining high stockroom standards and being the ultimate brand ambassador.
Key Accountabilities
* You will work closely with the management team to drive operational excellence. Your standards are high and the sky is the limit.
* You know how high demand our product is and the importance of prioritising workload. You will prioritise deliveries ensuring all best sellers and replenishment lines are available to our customer.
* You pride yourself on organisation – and ensuring the stockroom is neat, tidy and stock is easy to find. You are a magic role model who has the ability to coach your colleagues on best practices and what good looks like.
* You champion Health and Safety and ensure the stockroom is a safe working environment.
Your Skills and Experience
* You will ideally be operating at a Sales Advisor level. Ideally within beauty, fashion of FMCG.
* You will have a passion for operational excellence and exposure of managing stock processes and deliveries would be ideal.
* You are innovative and not afraid to disrupt processes (for the better) – you want to be part of a company that allows you to share best practice and allows you to be the best you can be.
* You can work independently and as part of a team to make magic happen.
* You are adaptable to priority changes and the ability to operate at a fast pace.
