The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a range of civil engineering and road surfacing projects across Fermanagh, Omagh, Donegal, Sligo, Leitrim, and Cavan.
This is a key leadership role with responsibility for project setup, site management, client liaison, and valuations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project setup and execution, ensuring all operations run to schedule, budget, and specification
Liaise directly with public sector clients and internal site teams to coordinate work effectively
Conduct onsite measurements and prepare valuations for submission to clients
Manage resources and logistics across multiple live sites
Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental regulations
Provide regular reporting to senior leadership
Requirements
Proven experience in a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager role within civil engineering or surfacing
Strong background in liaising with clients and managing public works contracts
Capable of handling valuations and site measurement with confidence
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Full clean driving licence – willingness to travel across the northwest region
