The Role
In this role as a Store Manager, you will learn all aspects of running a successful charity shop including;
Sales, budgeting & KPI targets
Developing autonomy of your store including merchandising, window displays & pricing.
About you
We are looking for someone who;
Has a passion for second hand retailing
Loves to show their creativity, has an eye for merchandising & keeping up to date with trends
Demonstrates strong communication & leadership skills
Is organised, proactive & customer focused
Commercially aware and while analysing sales performance & managing budgets
This store is based in the central shopping area of Dun Laoghaire and is a 4 minute walk from the station. The store recently had a refit and rebrand is expected this year! This role is supported by a loyal and committed team of paid staff and volunteers. There is a focus on vintage or unusual brands and with high quality donations received regularly.
