JOB SUMMARY
The Inventory control supervisor will focus on directing all the activities and employees in Inventory Control.
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the correct flow of materials.
* Organizing and supervising the work of operational employees.
* Setting, updating, and monitoring current needs within short‑ and long‑term demand forecasts in line with business strategy.
* Monitoring key performance indicators and tracking the development of long‑term improvement plans.
* Managing and analyzing data on warehouse statuses, implementing corrective actions, and supervising inventory activities.
* Participating in strengthening inventory management systems, supporting and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions.
Requirements:
* Degree qualified
* Experience in warehouse operations and in a leadership/managerial position.
* At least 3 years of experience leading or managing
* Independence and readiness to make difficult decisions.
* SAP experience would be preferred
* Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
