Legal Counsel - (NQ - 3 years PQE)
Our client is a highly successful global technology organisation, already well-established in the Irish market and a major player in the Fintech space. As they continue their impressive growth trajectory, they are expanding their highly-regarded legal team in Dublin.
We are recruiting for a talented Commercial Lawyer with NQ to 3 years PQE to step into a rewarding Commercial Counsel role.
Who this role will suit:
Solicitors/Associates with a transactional or commercial background who have trained at a large, reputable law firm.
What you'll be doing:
This is a core commercial role, placing you at the forefront of the business. There is a focus on drafting and negotiating complex, high-value commercial agreements.
You will have the gravitas and commercial acumen to manage internal stakeholder relationships and take shared ownership of the "commercials" of the business (while being mentored by senior lawyers on the team).

Lawyers currently at a large firm looking for their first move in-house (non-M&A focus).
