* To ensure that decisions made by Vendor's content moderation staff are regularly audited for accuracy and timely performance feedback is shared with the responsible teams.
Partner closely with internal Client teams to audit quality, identify inefficiencies, and suggest action plans. Collaborate with Quality Managers on personnel effectiveness metrics. Maintain expertise on products and community standards.
