We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across multiple contracts.
The Facilities Coordinator will work closely with a contracts manager and team to ensure smooth delivery of Hard & Soft FM services, staff coordination, compliance, and reporting.
* Coordinate and track PPM and reactive work orders
* Support on-site staff and ensure service quality
* Manage subcontractors, verify works and invoices
* Maintain high cleaning standards and stock levels
* Ensure health and safety compliance
* Oversee asset register, utilities tracking, and site inspections
* Handle staff scheduling, attendance, leave and training
* Deliver clear reports and escalate issues as needed
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in FM (both Hard and Soft services) is essential, as well as people management and KPI reporting experience. A qualification in FM, business, or related field is preferred.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of the business.
