Office Administrator Position
As an office administrator, you will be the first point of contact for new clients by phone, email, and in person. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage emails, calendars, and post to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Diary and travel management will also be part of your responsibilities.
* Communicate with insurance companies on a daily basis.
* Provide administration support to all departments.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
* Experience with MS Office, especially Word and Excel, is necessary.
* Excellent verbal, written, and strong communication skills are essential.
* The ability to work as a team and independently is also required.
