Main Responsibilities:
* Promote business growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share, achieve ambitious revenue targets, and drive overall performance.
* Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and motivate a nationwide sales team, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity.
* Critical Analysis: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and forecast future developments to inform informed decision-making.
* Multifaceted Partnership Building: Foster strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers, HSE contacts, and key stakeholders to cultivate new opportunities and partnerships.
* Strategic Account Management: Safeguard major accounts where a single supplier represents the majority of business.
Requirements:
* Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of experience in managing and developing teams within the medical or healthcare sector.
* Strategic Mindset: Proven ability in business planning, P&L management, and market development.
* Relationship Builder: Strong network within Irish healthcare, with existing connections to HSE contacts an asset.
* Adaptability: Comfortable with frequent nationwide travel and occasional overnight stays.
