Our client, a leading Wealth Management firm are looking to hire a Payroll & Operations Specialist to join their team in Dublin. This role sits within a wider HR team and reports to the HR Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in processing payroll across the UK and Ireland.
Responsibilities of this Payroll & Operations Specialist Job:Core member and contributor to the HR operations team with a strong emphasis on payroll and benefits administration, systems, reporting and employee interaction Ensure accurate processing of salaries, bonuses and pension contributions Contribute to process and system improvements, driving greater efficiency and consistency in payroll and benefits delivery Provide support on HR projects and initiatives as required Liaise with Revenue, HMRC and both Irish and UK pension administrators on payroll, tax, and pension -related matters
Requirements of this Payroll & Operations Specialist Job:A degree or diploma in HR, Business or a related discipline Experience managing payroll across Ireland and the UKIPASS qualification beneficial Skilled in excel and familiar with HRIS systems High attention to detail, discretion and strong interpersonal skills
