As a key member of our team, the Strategic Procurement Specialist will be responsible for overseeing purchasing and inventory management strategies, maintaining positive supplier relationships, and effectively managing stock levels.
Purchasing Strategies:
1. Develop and implement strategic purchasing plans to meet business needs.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier price files.
Supplier Management:
1. Maintain detailed records of suppliers and their performance.
2. Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
Inventory Management:
1. Manage shop inventory levels based on demand and minimums.
2. Process sales team inventory orders efficiently.
Requirements:
1. 2 years procurement experience preferred.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
