About the role
As a Customer Service Agent at Aircoach, you will be the first point of contact for our passengers, playing a vital role in their travel experience.
From assisting with ticket purchases to providing route information, you'll ensure every customer receives a helpful and welcoming service.
Responsibilities:• Sell tickets to customers using ticket machines• Provide accurate travel and schedule information to passengers and members of the public.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally• Assist passengers with boarding and general enquiries• Keep the ticket area clean and presentable• Support daily operations and work collaboratively with the wider teamWhat We're Looking For:• Previous experience in customer service or a sales-focused role (preferred)• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Comfortable working with technology and ticketing systems• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage queues effectively• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays• A friendly, approachable, and helpful attitudeWhat we offer
