Technical Leadership Role
This role involves overseeing advanced manufacturing processes in the medical devices sector.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across multiple technical disciplines, including automated manufacturing, robotics, thermal coatings, and process improvement.
* Demonstrate expertise in product/process performance within the medical devices industry.
* Bolster understanding of product manufacture and quality through collaboration with academic and supplier partners.
* Promote high levels of employee engagement through effective support structures.
* Analyze complex technical problems, developing solutions through in-depth evaluations.
* Develop system-level design strategies.
* Lead the design, development, testing, and refinement of systems, subsystems, and components.
* Maintain and improve established procedures.
* Advise engineering personnel on technical matters.
